Insurance Information
Triad Ophthalmic Physicians participates with most major Health Insurance Providers, Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, and most commercial plans. We gladly care for self-paying patients as well as those with insurance. As we are a medical practice, we file medical insurance. We do not participate in vision plans such as VSP, Community Eye Care, or Eyemed. Please call us with any questions. We look forward to talking with you!

Your specialist co-pay will be collected at the time of your appointment; however, there are select procedures and surgeries that will be billed to your insurance first before your portion is collected.
