MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Missed appointments are costly to our practice, thus we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your appointment, it is considered a “broken appointment.”  After 2 broken appointments, it is up to doctor discretion if you are dismissed from our practice or if a non-refundable charge at a minimum of $50.00 will be required to reserve any additional appointment times.
